Completed a PhD thesis in medical informatics, within the framework of the European project DebugIT (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/217139/fr).

This PhD thesis was conducted at the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM), in a research laboratory specialised in health knowledge engineering (UMRS 872 EQ20). This work addresses part of the problematic of modelling, sharing and leveraging clinical data within a semantic interoperability platform.

By using Semantic Web methods and tools, we have optimised the integration and exploitation of clinical data for the implementation of a monitoring system for the evaluation of the evolution of bacterial resistance to antibiotics in Europe.
